At last night's meeting of the Board of School Directors, the Teaching and Learning Department presented the 2024 Mathematics Achievement Awards, which recognize elementary and middle school students for their accomplishments in the Pennsylvania Statistics Poster Competition, the Mathematical Olympiads and the Continental Mathematics League Competition. Announcement for Abington Boy’s Varsity Soccer
Abington Boy’s Varsity & JV Soccer will have a meeting on Tuesday, May 21st at 3:15PM in Mr. Pitkow’s classroom (room C-241 at the Senior HIgh) to discuss important details regarding the spring mini camp and preseason / tryouts for the 2024 fall season. This meeting is for both returning players and any players in 8th-11th grade interested in trying out for the team next year. Please spread the word, and let one of the coaches know if you are unable to attend.
For anyone unable to attend the meeting, please plan to attend Minicamp on Tuesday, May 30th after school behind the stadium. Cleats and shin guards are required. Mini camp will take place from 3:00pm-5:00pm after school from Tuesday, May 28th - Friday, May 31st.

Service Learning Award:
If you would like to apply for a service award for the 2023-2024 school year (service must have occurred between June 1, 2023-May 31, 2024), please visit the service learning awards webpage and click on the link for the AMS application form click on the link for your school’s application form. You can also scan the QR codes outside of C57 or the Guidance Office. The window for applications will be open from April 1-May 1,2024. Please note that this is a firm deadline- all applications MUST BE submitted by May 1st. All hours of service must have signatures from the community service partner in order to qualify.
