Athletics Department Update for Secondary Students: New for the 2026-2027 school year, Planet High School (formerly BigTeams) has been acquired by Arbiter Sports, which will now serve as the centralized online portal that schools use to manage middle and high school athletic registration and physical forms. In partnership with Abington School District and The Montgomery County Office of Public Health, Eric's RX Shoppe will offer a vaccination clinic for students in grades 7 and 12 to meet Pennsylvania vaccine requirements. The clinic will be held on Wednesday, July 22 from 4:30-6 p.m. in Cafeteria A at Abington Senior High School. Pre-registration by July 15 is required. Mrs. Hideck and Mrs. Barrett's math classes combined for a culminating end of year activity. Students created paper airplanes and spent some time outside testing their designs. They used their measurements to practice several math skills they learned throughout the year including conversions, data landmarks, and percentages!

Students who met the school’s Safe, Responsible, and Kind behavior expectations for the spring got to attend the SRK Carnival. There were games, prizes, music and live music for the students to enjoy. A fun time was had by all. Thank you to the parent volunteers and PTO donations that helped make this event possible.
