Mrs. Martucci's class celebrated "Stargirl Day" after they finished reading the novel. Some students chose to dress up like the main character or bring in “pets” to represent Stargirl’s pet rat Cinnamon that she brings everywhere with her. The class also wrote anonymous notes to staff or friends to spread joy, and shared acts of kindness while listening to uplifting music that celebrated friendship, individuality, love and being fearless!
