At the direction of the Board of School Directors, Abington School District has engaged a neutral third-party agency possessing the appropriate expertise, the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit (MCIU), to conduct an audit of the culture at Abington Senior High School, with a focus on student safety and duty of care.
The Board has asked that the audit include perspectives from across the ASHS community. We invite feedback from:
Parents and guardians of current ASHS students (Classes of 2027–2029)
Parents and guardians of recent ASHS graduates (Classes of 2024–2026)
Recent ASHS graduates (Classes of 2024–2026)
Parents and guardians of current students may also indicate whether they give permission for their student to participate. Eligible students with parental consent will receive participation information directly through the high school.
Feedback will be summarized by theme, and individual participants will not be identified in the final report.
