ABINGTONIAN: The Abingtonian is our school newspaper website. Any past writer or editor is welcome to apply for leadership positions for this school year. Editor positions include: Editor-in-chief, Features, News & Community, Opinion, Arts & Entertainment, and Sports. Anyone interested in applying must stop by Mr. Quigley's room (A003) during Lunch & Learn to pick up an application. All applications must be returned by Friday, September 11.

KEY CLUB:
1) Attention all Key Club Board Members & Officers: our monthly board meetings will take place on Tuesday, 9/9 and Tuesday, 9/30 during Learn 1 in C120.
2) Attention all students: if you're interested in joining one of the biggest service clubs, the Key Club is having an open member meeting on Tuesday, 9/16 in Think Tank 2 at 2:45pm. Come meet the board and officers, and learn about service requirements! See Mrs. Peters in room A132 or Miss DeGregorio in room C120 with any questions.
3) Attention all students: in need of some service hours? The Jenkintown Arts Festival is taking place on Sunday, 9/21 from 12-6pm. Come to the open member meeting on Tuesday, 9/16 to get more information.

JAZZ BAND: The ASHS Jazz Band will hold an interest and information meeting on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, at 3:00 PM for any interested student musicians. The meeting will be in room A118 (the Band Room). We will discuss available positions, auditions, and scheduling for the 25-26 school year.

Costume Crew will be having an interest meeting on Tuesday, September 9, in the green room.
Stage Crew will be having an interest meeting on Wednesday, September 10, in the auditorium lobby.
Both meetings are after school, and all are welcome.

1) AbingThon's Gold Game shirt sales will start next week outside of Cafe A during lunches. The shirts cost $10 and the tickets to the game can be purchased with a shirt for $15. (Cash ONLY!)
2) AbingThon also has a fundraiser at Chill on the Hill on Thursday 9/18 from 5:00 to 8:00.
3) We also have a night out at the ballpark on Friday, September 26th. Use the link shared on Google Classroom and our socials to buy tickets.
