1) Attention all Key Clubbers: there are 4 service opportunities for the month of March! 1 = The Book Train is still running until Friday, March 28th: bring in 5 gently used books for 1 service hour to either room C140 or room C120. 2 = 3) On Saturday, March 29th, the Indoor Color Guard needs volunteers for their event here at school. If environmental consciousness is something that interests you, there will be a Career Chatter on Tuesday, April 1st during lunch and learn to discuss careers in environmental engineering. Al Hatton and Julianna Asuncion are both environmental specialists who address environmental concerns for the energy company Constellation. Dr. Travis Pollen, an exercise science professor, personal trainer, and author, is coming on Friday, April 4th to speak to students about what it is like to work in the field of exercise science. He will discuss topics such as sports rehabilitation, making exercise more accessible, and personal training in different settings.
