All students and staff! Red Ribbon Week is a nationally recognized week celebrating your choice to live a drug and alcohol free life. This year, our celebration begins on Monday, October 28th! Wear red on Monday to send a message to yourself and others about how much you value yourself, your overall health, your community and your future.
This year’s theme is “LIFE IS A MOVIE, FILM DRUG FREE.” Each day next week, you will view parts of a presentation during advisory and/or workshop about Red Ribbon Week.
Also, remember that if you have concerns about anyone’s possible drug use, please refer them to the building’s Student Assistance Program. You can find referral forms in Guidance, the Library, and the Heath Suite. Forms can be returned to your school counselor. The team of specially trained teachers and counselors will read the referral and direct appropriate help to the student in need.
