PJ and Charles Shotto (Copper Beech rising 3rd and 1st graders) helped find, wash and sort original 18th-century artifacts including pottery, ceramics, glass, nails, animal bones, coal, and shells, at an archaeological excavation at The Speaker’s House in Trappe, PA! #SummerinASD



Declan Scanlan, rising 6th grader at AMS, along with sister Kieva and brother Rory (entering grade 2 and kindergarten at Overlook), recently took a family trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. They have enjoyed the water park and making new friends from around the world! #SummerinASD

Today we celebrate freedom in recognition of Juneteenth.


At the Montgomery County's Juneteenth celebration in Norristown, ASHS rising 11th grader Maddie Krassner's essay was selected as one of the winning entries. Maddie participated in the Juneteenth flag raising ceremony this morning, where she read an excerpt from her essay. She also received a $100 gift card and a beautiful certificate. #SummerinASD
