As of April 2026, the Zonar MyView app is now available to all Abington School District parents and guardians for tracking their student's bus routes to and from school each day.
MyView is an innovative app for mobile devices that provides parents and guardians with real-time location updates and details about the school buses transporting their children daily. MyView prioritizes safety for students on the bus and the security and privacy of their information in the app, requiring a district access code, a school bus or route number, and a student’s ID number to access data in the app. The app does not access student records or capture personal information.
The app is available to download for Apple and Android users. Instructions for downloading and setting up a student’s bus information are available on the ASD website.
Moving forward, for the majority of bus delays, in order to ensure greater efficiency than the previous method of sending emails, this will be the main platform through which the Abington School District Transportation Department will communicate updates to parents/guardians. Parents/guardians should make sure they enable push notifications on their mobile devices in order to receive real-time updates.
