In conjunction with Abington School District and The Montgomery County Office of Public Health, Eric's RX Shoppe is happy to partner to provide a vaccine clinic.
Vaccine Requirements:
For Attendance in 7th Grade -
1 dose of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) on the first day of 7th grade.
1 dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV) on the first day of 7th grade.
For Attendance in 12th Grade -
1 dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV) on the first day of 12th grade.
If 1 one dose was given at 16 years of age or older, that shall count as the twelfth grade dose.
Pre-registration is required. Insurance information must be included in the registration. If you do not have insurance, a dose will be provided by the county at no cost to you.
